Yesterday was a very productive day for my stamps collection, I opened my mailbox and there were two postcards one from Lithuania and the other from Malaysia !… and also I received T-M’s cover from German Morgenpost and also I received a packet of stamps, my first buy of stamps from Philantologie that came with this nice cover !

And I got 100 extra stamps from Australia as a bonus
In this cover you can see 4 Marianne of 5 cents, and one stamp from the Looney Tunes serie of the Stamp journey !… and two stamps of the Louis Bleriot stamp (2 euro each).
I bought stamps from America, Asia, Australia and East Europe… I must say that I will have to buy a new album now hehehe… my poor Hobby album now is not enough…
Ah and another bonus is that in the past days a coworker of my husband borrowed me a lot of postcards so I can take the stamp and these postcards are from many many countries also !… so I will be posting all these new covers and stamps in the next days
These are two French stamps that are the oldest I have. I show them with the postmark because it was very beautiful… now they are separated because the postcards are not mine, they were borrowed so I can take the stamp… but the image of the postmark and the stamp together will remain in the blog.

The postmark of this one is from 1966 !

This one has a postmark from 1962 !
These two are the oldest french stamps I have
… thanks again to Marie because these two stamps were in the postcards she borrowed me
(see the nice thing of preventing your friends about your hobby !)
Today I present, this 4 new stamps, the italian and greek ones I got them from postcards of some friends. The french one is a mint stamp I bought it today in the poste… it was funny I went today and I saw the guy just had the sheet of stamps and I couldn’t resist and I bought it… normally I prefer to “hunt” the stamps from used mails, etc… but ok I had a luxury today. Here they are:

Four european stamps, the french one is mint... I couldn't resist !
Zoom to some stamps:

Eugene Vaillé was the first curator of the Postal Museum of France, the forerunner of the Museum of The Post, founded in 1946.

Issued on March 20, 2004 with the painting "St. George and the Princess of Trebizond" by Pisanello. The name of this serie of stamps was: "Donna nell'arte" (Women on arts)
Today my husband arrive home with an envelope for me! It was a surprise from a friend of us who gave me this four stamps to grow my album.

Thanks a lot Corinne !!

This stamp called my attention because the name of Givenchy was on it. Stamps heart stickers by Givenchy had a cost of 0.86 € and as issued on january 8, 2007... recommended to use for wedding invitations
